The Little People Academies was created in early 2022 while coming out of the COVID-19 pandemic. Because that period of time created much separation, we sought to get our programs back to building healthy communities again. In addition to building community and fostering strong connections amongst our families within our individual programs, we took the liberty to bring all of our individual preschool communities together with family hangout days, potlucks, and other outings. Because of these gatherings, new friendships were formed creating new adventures to be had! With these preschools coming together in such a way, a tremendous opportunity also came about, allowing for the exchange of ideas and resources by our preschool teachers which led to a collaborative effort in nurturing child care development. This partnership has allowed us to create a flourishing program and larger community.
