ABOUT US
We're child care people who get it.
Little People Academies is more than preschool operations support and consulting. We're a movement built on community, connection, and the belief that magic happens when people go far together.

ABOUT US
Born from the community we built.
In early 2022, after the COVID-19 pandemic, we gave our programs a shared identity. We wanted families and teachers to feel connected to something bigger than a single classroom.
So we hosted potlucks and family days, and we encouraged teachers to collaborate across classrooms and campuses. Today we bring that same spirit, and the systems behind it, to other programs that want to grow and lead.
WHat we believe
Three ideas guide everything we do.
community
Shared experiences unite families across programs, so children and communities blossom together.
connection
Strong ties among teachers, leaders, and families make every program stronger.
connection
We never lose sight of the heart of early childhood: joy, discovery, and transformation.
our belief
If you want to go fast, go alone. If you want to go far, go together.
